In 2006, Signature Associates was selected to join the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Program, an
association of 24 independently owned commercial real estate firms, each being the preeminent real
estate provider in its respective market. The alliance partnership enables Signature Associates to
offer our clients an expanded menu of services locally, nationally and internationally throughout 234
full service offices in 61 countries. In 2008, Cushman & Wakefield’s 15,000 professionals
completed transactions totaling approximately $76 billion.
