in-depth marketing knowledge through 201 offices in 55 countries.

Signature Associates is the Michigan representative within the Hart
Group. The Hart Corporation is a Philadelphia based company
that specializes in the nationwide marketing of facilities
in excess of 50,000 square feet and larger in rural areas.

The SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors)
commercial network is the world's premier group of real estate
professionals. There are seven members at Signature Associates
including the 1998 Chapter president, and the 1996 and 1993 past
Presidents.
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
is a recognized professional in commercial real estate brokerage,
leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.
Only 6,000 commercial real estate professionals hold the CCIM
designation, which reflects the caliber of the program and why
it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the
industry.

Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
is the global trade association of the shopping center industry.
With approximately 38,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more
than 75 other countries worldwide, ICSC organization maintains
relationships with more than 20 national and regional shopping
center councils throughout the world.

Accredited Management Organization is a very prestigious
designation awarded to those management companies meeting IREM's
strict standard of financial stability, professional competence,
expertise and rigid code of ethics. Only about five (5%) percent
of all management companies have met the criteria to earn the
AMO designation.

The State Bar of Michigan aids in promoting improvements
in the administration of justice and advancements in jurisprudence
, in improving relations between the legal profession and the
public, and in promoting the interest of the legal profession
in this state.

Steve Gordon, President of Signature Associates, has been a YPO member
since 1992. YPO today transcends geographical, language and cultural
barriers to bond presidents striving to become better individuals
and better leaders for their companies and their countries.

The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) provides education
and professional recognition for real estate managers and management
organizations.

Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International is a premier
network of over 17,000 commercial real estate professionals. The
mission of the BOMI is to enhance the human, intellectual and
physical assets of the commercial real estate industry through
advocacy, education, research, standards and information.

NAIOP is a trade association (National Association
of Industrial and Office Properties) with over 8,000 members who
are developers, owners, investors and related professionals in
industrial and office real estate in 47 chapters across the U.S.
and Canada. NAIOP promotes effective public policy through its
grassroots network to create, protect and enhance property values.

NNCREW (National Network of Commercial Real Estate
Women) brings together professionals from a wide variety of disciplines
within the commercial real estate industry to provide an educational
and business development network.

In 1957, the first TEC group was founded on the
premise that company presidents, managing directors and other
chief executives could benefit greatly from a formalized exchange
of ideas among their peers. Over the years, this learning community
has expanded to include key executive, speakers, professional
service providers and more, creating a powerful exchange of knowledge
that occurs on the national, local and worldwide levels.
TEC spans the globe, with more than 7,000 Members on six
continents. Together, TEC Members run companies totalling
more than $175 billion (US) in annual sales and employ nearly
1 million people. Membership is by invitation only.
