Grand Rapids, Michigan - Signature Associates has negotiated the lease of 8,120 square feet of industrial space located at 6835 Grand Haven Road in Spring Lake, Michigan.
Bryan Bench, of Signature Associates represented the landlord, Real Equities, LLC. Scott Kotrch, of Signature Associates represented the tenant, H&H Landscaping.
