Southfield, Michigan - Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 0.80 acres of retail land located on Van Dyke Avenue at Sixteen Mile in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Viktor Gjonaj of Signature Associates represented the landlord, Meijer Properties and the tenant B&E Mourad, LLC. B&E Mourad, LLC. has a plan to open their second Sonic Burger location in Macomb County.
