Southfield, Michigan - Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 3,500 square feet of retail space located at 2095 Metropolitan Parkway in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Viktor Gjonaj and Dan Jacob, both of Signature Associates represented the seller, Multi-King of Michigan. The purchaser was O’Reilly Auto Parts.
