Kalamazoo, Michigan - Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 30.60 acres of industrial land located on Newton Avenue in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Marc Tourangeau and Jeff Chrystal, of Signature Associates represented both the seller, Niecko, LLC, and the buyer, Battle Creek Tax Increment Finance Authority.
