Signature Associates

As Marketing/Research Director, Kelly oversees corporate branding and multi-platform marketing initiatives, including design and messaging, online marketing, advertising, events, and corporate communications. She also supports business development efforts by developing presentations and strategies that promote the firm’s services and capabilities. Drawing from more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Kelly collaborates on new initiatives to support the evolving needs of Signature Associates.

Kelly additionally manages the Market Research Department, overseeing data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting on product inventory and market trends throughout Southeast Michigan. Her team maintains what Signature Associates believes to be one of the most accurate commercial real estate databases in the state.
