Signature Associates

Cade started at Signature Associates as an intern for the Sale-Leaseback Team in the summer of 2019. The following year, he gained experience on the principal side as a summer analyst for Crestlight Capital, a private real estate investment firm focused on secondary-suburban office markets. He rejoined Signature’s Sale-Leaseback Team in September 2020 as a part-time intern and later started as a full-time Associate in May of 2021.

Cade attended the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, where he graduated with honors. At Michigan State, Cade was a member of the Honors College, Financial Markets Institute, and President of the Alternative Investments Group, a competitive organization that serves to educate and connect peers to careers in various industries.
