Signature Associates

Catherine is responsible for managing industrial, retail, warehouse, hi-tech, and residential properties in the southeastern Michigan market. Currently her portfolio consists of managing approximately 200,000 square feet of industrial/commercial property, 60,000 square feet of retail property, 600,000 square feet of office/mixed use and two condominium associations.  Catherine has been a valued Signature team member for a decade, first joining the team as an Assistant Property Manager. Prior to joining Signature, she spent seven years working in commercial real estate and held positions in both property management and marketing.
