Joe Rizqallah is the Vice President and Principal for Signature Associates in West Michigan. A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Joe has over 15 years of experience selling and leasing retail properties, retail land and mixed-use developments. Joe is most valued at providing clients with effective, detailed results and communication that is unmatched. Joe also provides analytical summaries/projections for developers and investors to make sound real estate decisions and helps create business plans/models for business growth.
Joe covers west and northern Michigan but specifically M-44 (East Beltline), M-11 (28th Street), M-37 (Alpine Avenue), Eastown/Uptown Corridors and downtown Grand Rapids. While at Signature Associates, Joe has consistently been recognized as West Michigan’s Top Sales Performer and has also won CoStar’s Power Broker Award eight years in a row.
When he is not working, Joe loves to spend time with his loving wife, three beautiful children and attending his local church.
