Signature Associates

Liam Timmis specializes in investment sale transactions, with a primary focus on multifamily properties. Liam joined the Signature Associates Multifamily Division in 2025 after spending 9 years on the principal side of the business.

Prior to joining Signature, Liam served as a Senior Asset Manager at Greatwater Opportunity Capital, where he specialized in multifamily assets. Earlier in his career, he was part of the Asset Management team at Bedrock, managing more than $230 million in real estate across all asset classes over a 7-year period.

Liam graduated from Marquette University in 2016 with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate. Since 2023, he has been coaching lacrosse alongside his brother, Luke, at their alma mater, Brother Rice High School.
