Signature Associates

Nicolas is a dedicated member of the Sale-Leaseback Team, where he focuses on single-tenant net-lease transactions and private equity–sponsored sale-leasebacks throughout North America. He began his career with Signature Associates in January 2025 as an investment intern, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from some of the industry’s leading brokers. His strong analytical skills and commitment to client service quickly positioned him as a valuable contributor to the team.

Nicolas attended the University of Michigan–Dearborn, where he was an active member of the Real Estate Association and served as Captain of the Men’s Soccer Team. His leadership experience, competitive mindset, and passion for real estate investment continue to shape his professional approach and drive his success at Signature Associates.
