Signature Associates

With 45 years of experience, Scott has served in senior positions at two top tier real estate corporations before joining Signature Associates in 2020. Combined with the Signature platform, Scott has a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate industry, including numerous business relationships across the community. He provides highly specialized and sound strategies to his clients. He has completed numerous transactions across the United States, Europe and Mexico. Scott graduated from San Diego State University, with a BS degree in Business Management. He is a past CCIM Michigan Realtor of the Year, has served as President of the Michigan Chapter of SIOR, serves on the Federal Reserve Bank Michigan Roundtable representing the commercial real estate industry as an advisor and is Chairman of the Economic Development Corporation for the City of Farmington Hills. He was the founding chairman of the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors, that merged with several other boards to create what is today the Commercial Board of Realtors, State of Michigan. Today he focuses his time on office, senior housing and land sales.

Scott has completed some of the area’s premier property sales and leases, including the SIOR Largest Investment Transaction for Michigan in 2016, the Largest Industrial Lease in 2024, and the Largest Office Lease in 2017. His experience includes a variety of commercial properties, unique building sales and brokerage.
