Keenan fields achieves sior designation from the society of industrial and office realtors® (SIOR)

Keenan Fields, a Senior Associate and Principal of Signature Associates, has earned the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) and joins 14 other SIOR members from Signature Associates. SIOR is the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association and represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful brokerage specialists.

The SIOR is a selective organization, and to achieve his designation, Keenan completed many SIOR core education classes and received endorsements from other SIOR members. Keenan has been exclusively involved in commercial/industrial real estate since 1987 and has demonstrated great achievement, experience, and production in the industry.

Throughout his career, he has handled all aspects of the disposition of commercial/industrial properties for a variety of clients and is licensed in the states of Ohio and Michigan.  Keenan’s emphasis on professionalism and cultivation of long-term relationships directly reflect Signature Associates’ dedication to exceptional service to its clients.  In addition to his SIOR designation, he is also a member of the Commercial Board of REALTORS® (CBOR), a member of National Association of REALTORS® and the Toledo Area Chamber of Commerce, Area Growth Committee.
