SIGNATURE ASSOCIATES AWARDED THE EXCLUSIVE LEASING FOR UP TO 1 MILLION SQUARE FEET OF NEW CONSTRUCTION
Eastland Commerce Center will offer three state-of-the-art industrial facilities
HARPER WOODS, MI — Signature Associates is pleased to announce the exclusive leasing representation of the Eastland Commerce Center in Harper Woods. This new Class A warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing campus will include three-buildings ranging from 200,000 square feet to 536,000 square feet, tilt-up concrete construction and an abundance of vehicle and trailer parking. The Eastland Commerce Center is located on the 80-acre site formerly known as the Eastland Center Shopping Mall.
Joe Hamway and Greg Hudas are the leasing brokers on this project representing the landlord and developer, NorthPoint Development. Now pre-leasing Building 1, up to 297,000 square feet, with completion scheduled for early 2023. Eastland Commerce Center is located at 18000 Vernier, within minutes of I-94 and located near many automotive plants and manufacturing headquarters.
