SIGNATURE ASSOCIATES SELLS TROPHY INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN AUBURN HILLS, MICHIGAN
Signature Associates is pleased to announce the sale of the 443,340 square foot industrial building located at 3600 Giddings Road in Auburn Hills to a partnership between Foundation Capital Partners, LLC and Wheelock Street Capital, LLC. Joe Hamway and Greg Hudas of Signature Associates represented the partnership in the purchase of the building and are now marketing the property for lease for the first time.
The first-class trophy asset offers I-75 frontage, 30’ clear, 375 parking spaces and is situated on 28 acres. The partnership purchased the building as an investment with plans to reposition the property and bring a major corporate tenant to the I-75 corridor. Occupancy will be available in May 2022.
