SIGNATURE SELLS 19,725 SQUARE FOOT HISTORIC BUILDING IN BATTLE CREEK, MICHIGAN

KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN—November 5, 2021— Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of a 19,725 square foot historic building located at 15 Carlyle Street, Battle Creek, Michigan to Cherry Street Partners, d.b.a. Fancy Fray, LLC.  Caroline Fox Pavone of Signature Associates represented the seller, The Record Box.  The 3-story, downtown historic building currently is the home to Handmap Brewing, Collab BC and the Record Box Loft wedding venue/event space.
