SIGNATURE SELLS 269.18 ACRES OF LAND IN FRENCHTOWN TWP., MICHIGAN

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN—August 7, 2020— Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 269.18 acres of land located at Telegraph Road, Frenchtown Twp., Michigan.

Brad Viergever of Signature Associates represented both the seller, Loh Investments LP, and the purchaser, InSite Real Estate Investment Properties, LLC.
