Signature Welcomes Richard Pifer

Signature Associates is pleased to announce that Richard Pifer has joined our Southfield office as an Associate.

Richard specializes in retail real estate sales and leasing, with a focus on the Southfield, Oak Park, Royal Oak, and Berkley markets—specifically the corridor between Lahser and I-75, from 8 Mile to 13 Mile Road. He works alongside some of the industry’s top professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight. Richard first joined Signature Associates in 2024 as a summer intern with the retail team, where he deepened his understanding of commercial real estate and solidified his passion for the field.
