Signature helps Livonia plant finds new life after auto, aerospace supplier folds

Signature Associates is pleased to announce the lease of 132,609 square feet located at 28101 Schoolcraft Road in Livonia, Michigan.

Kris Pawlowski of Signature Associates represented the new tenant, Rhino Tool House.

As a distributor of assembly and material-handling tools for the automotive sector and other industries, Rhino Tool House announced that the move will strengthen its presence in what they call a region critical for the company’s growth. Serving OEMs and auto suppliers, the company sought a location closer to assembly plants to deliver faster service. The new facility will function as a warehouse and pre-installation center.
